New Process is a company which specializes in cleaning apartment buildings, office buildings, shops, factories, schools and newly built houses.
It also offers the following services: carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, disinfection services and issuing of apartment building maintenance expenses.
During the 26 years of successful operation we have acquired the experience and the qualifications required in order to provide our customers with the best service.
Our fully computerized office can undertake any type of cleaning service. The cleaning of the apartment buildings is performed by well-trained staff and modern cleaning methods. With our specialized equipment we can handle demanding situations, thus we can responsibly handle the cleaning and keeping of our customers’ precious carpets with the pure and natural care which is ensured by the eco-friendly cleaning products that we use.

History

In 1984 Chris Anthimopoulos, the founder of New Process, having the vision to provide the best quality customer service, established the company New Process, which initially only offered the service of building cleaning.
In 1993 the company was introduced to the service of Apartment Building cleaning and also added the new services of Disinfection – Insemination, Sewer Line Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, in an attempt to satisfy its customers’ requirements.
By listening to and evaluating our customers’ needs and wishes our company has also added the following services: issuing of Apartment Building Maintenance Expenses, Fire Extinguishers’ Refilling, Cleaning and Disinfecting of Sitting-Room Upholstery and Mattresses.

Our Staff

Our office employs staff, the number of which is customized according to the season’s requirements.
The staff for the apartment buildings cleaning service is comprised of 4 people – 2 for each of our 2 company cars which offer service to the following areas: Nea Filadelfia, Patisia, Galatsi, Labrini, Kalogreza, Pefki, Metamorfosi and Nea Ionia.

Our company’s office is armed with all the required modern equipment which allows for smooth operation. It is also equipped with all the necessary state-of-the-art hardware for building cleaning and carpet cleaning.
Our mobile assets include 2 cars for the building cleaning service, 2 vans for the carpet cleaning service and 2 scooters for the Disinfection and Other Services.
