- Washing Your carpets are thoroughly washed with plenty of water (with the exception of the carpets that require dry-cleaning), at the proper temperature with ph-neutral detergents which do not damage your woolen and sensitive carpets.
- Rinsing The rinsing method is equally precautionary and detailed as a large amount of water is used so as to remove even the last trace of dust. The process of centrifugation follows, during which the carpets drain.
- Drying The way the carpets are dried depends on the needs of each carpet. Therefore, the respective method is used. They either dry naturally in airy, roofed and safe spaces or special air-turbines are used to ensure the perfect drying of the carpets.
